Contract Cancellation

If phone agreements alone are used in order to cancel or discontinue service, you are urged to keep viable records of when you called, who you talked to and what the outcome of the conversation was. You also further understand and agree that all services rendered by Professional Website Promotions prior to any service or contract cancellation are non-refundable having been services which have already been performed. You further acknowledge and agree that some services when necessary will be provided by third party service providers and it may well be beyond the control of Professional Website Promotions to terminate such services immediately. Professional Website Promotions will make every effort to end all services upon the termination of any contract. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the cost of any and all services that have been performed throughout the successful and complete termination of the contract.
